Lindy Blaskey and the LaVells were one of the most popular bands in theSouthwest during the mid-’60s rock explosion. The band’s frantic and dance-friendly rock made them the kings of the Albuquerque teen scene, and their popularity extended across the state of New Mexico. In 2017, Lindy Blaskey and the LaVells were inducted into the New Mexico Music Hall of Fame.
Join us on August 10, 2024 for the next installment of our speaker series, Ever Changing, Ever Growing, and journey back to this famous musical era with our special guest speaker Lindy Blaskey.
