Chair Yoga

Take a pause from the daily grind to stretch and breathe in this twice monthly chair yoga class. We will practice gentle stretching and soothing breathing exercises, all from the comfort of a chair. Feel free to bring a pillow or cushion to sit on for extra comfort! Adults of all ages and abilities welcome.
