In honor of the Korean American Day, come join us in making your very own oi sobagi kimchi (cucumber kimchi). We are using a vegetarian recipe, so all are welcome to enjoy this side dish that pairs well with noodles or rice.

We will provide the ingredients to make a portion of sobagi kimchi that you can make and take home.

Registration is required.
