Dancing, music, tea, Jane inspired activities, parlor games. Need we say more? Celebrate the late, great Jane Austen's birthday with a celebration in the library after hours! Dress to impress. Refreshments provided throughout the event. A very special thanks to St. James Tearoom for providing delicious teas and accoutrements. End the evening with a celebratory toast and cake cutting as well as a door prize for a flower arrangement provided by Albuquerque Florist and a $50 giftcard to St. James Tearoom. All other floral arrangements provided by Albuquerque Florist will be donated to a community nursing home for their patrons to enjoy.  

Optional: Bring a book you'd like to exchange in a White Elephant style book exchange. Wrap it up and write a note about why you think the recipient should read it or why you are giving it away.

Registration is required. Your invitation will be checked at the door. 

Doors open from 5:30-5:45 pm. Punctuality is polite!
