He is a recently retired Army Ranger and former West Point Department of Physical Education instructor, collegiate athlete and coach. He currently teaches History and coaches swimming at Albuquerque Academy. Get tips on how to improve and maintain your mobility. Use this knowledge to get ready for your next big adventure or trip.
