In-Person

Anyone can learn to turn wood using a lathe and hand-held tools, creating a beautifully crafted piece from a raw chunk of wood!  Join the New Mexico Woodturners to learn about this remarkable skill and discover the special joys of this unique craft.  The NM Woodturners are dedicated to encouraging and advancing the art and craft of woodturning through education and by supporting all levels of skill in the community. Registration required for this adult and teen special event.

Be sure to view the New Mexico Woodturners exhibit in the Cherry Hills display case for the entire month of July.
