Meditation is a mind and body practice that has been shown to have a number of health benefits, including reducing stress, improving sleep, and boosting cognitive function. It is also a great way to promote relaxation, focus and self-awareness. Join us the 3rd Monday of the month in practicing simple, guided meditations. No prior experience with meditation is necessary. Ages 18+.
