Native American Ribbon Work Presentation & Sewing Workshop

Shandiin Church, Navajo and Potawatomi, a master seamstress will present on the making and meaning behind the Native American Women's Ribbon Skirt and Native American Men's Ribbon Shirts. A display of all work will be observed by participants. A Q & A time will be available for participants. Larrae Lee, Navajo, will demonstrate the hand sewing project and walk participants through the project. Embedding teachings of mindfulness and self-care throughout. Participants will be able to leave with a finished product. Space is limited to 12 participants - registration required.
