Many of us worry about the future or dwell upon the past. Our mind is constantly in turmoil. In this program, will explore the healing power of meditation and how to unlock the door to a life of improved physical and emotional wellbeing. Meditation is much more than a simple tool to help people reduce stress but rather it helps to positively transform our lives. Meditation can enhance our happiness on an individual level and is the  secret to profound personal wellbeing and global healing. Join William Smith, retired Amy Lt. Colonel and long-time meditator for this engaging program. There will even be a short meditation sitting.
