Read to the Dogs: Dogs of Star Trek Trivia!

In conjunction with Star Trek Week, this week's Read to the Dogs program will be a special part of the Daily Star Trek Trivia! Come identify the dogs of Star Trek (you will find the posters in the Read to the Dogs reading area) and enter your name into both the daily and the Grand Prize Trivia drawings! Ask for the Dogs of Star Trek Trivia sheet at the Information Desk.
Twice a month, your child can read to registered therapy dogs in a relaxed atmosphere. The dogs sit calmly and quietly for a story while children practice reading out loud without fear of judgment. It's a great way for children to gain confidence in their reading.
Registered dogs are provided by Alliance of Therapy Dogs, Southwest Canine Corps of Volunteers, Warm Hearts Network, and High Desert Therapy Dogs.
