Every month at the International District Library, we will select a recipe from our favorite books and movies to cook and enjoy with one another while we discuss the media it came from!
For teens and families, ages 13+
“Kidnap the Sandy Claws!" This December, we will be enjoying a New Mexican Christmas-themed potluck and watching the "Nightmare Before Christmas" film (rated PG) (voted on by participants!). If you would like to bring something for all to enjoy (though it is NOT REQUIRED TO DO SO!) it needs to be from the store and pre-packaged- nothing homemade please.
This will be the final regularly-scheduled Snacks from the Stacks so come ready to celebrate the wonderful year of literary cooking we've experienced together!
