Balance plays a critical part in our lives as we age. Learn to improve your balance with our Oasis coaches for a free 8-session Matter of Balance class on Wednesdays, January 29 through March 19 2025 from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm! You must attend all eight sessions. Registration is required. Please call 505-291-6295 to reserve your spot. Space is limited!
