South Valley Library will ring in the new year on Tuesday, December 31st, when the clock strikes noon! Come join us for crafts, snacks, a countdown to Noon, and a balloon drop! This event is designed for preschoolers and elementary-age children but all who want to

celebrate ringing in 2024 are welcome!
