Join us for a discussion with mystery author Rosalie Rayburn.  Her latest Digger Doyle novel Windswept finds the young investigative reporter in search of New Mexico State Representative Carmen Lawlor's killer.

Twenty-five years is a long time to keep silent. But telling the truth can be deadly. Reporter Elizabeth “Digger” Doyle finds herself dealing with backdoor politics and the powerful oil and gas industry gone bad. It was a little too close when State Representative Carmen Lawlor was found splayed out at the foot of a wind turbine. Did she fall? Jump? Or was she pushed? More deaths speckle the landscape as Digger follows clues that link Lawlor to an unsolved cold case involving the mysterious disappearance of a young woman in a remote volcanic wilderness.

Rosalie Rayburn is a world traveler and an award-winning journalist.  Her first novel, The Power of Rain, won a National Federation of Press Women Award.  Her novels are inspired by her reporting on environmental issues and local politics in New Mexico for the Albuquerque Journal.
