Please join us for an 8-week cooking course, by New Mexico State University’s ICAN. You’ll learn how to confidently prepare nutritious food for your family. Each week, participants will have a brief food education session, followed by preparing and eating the miday meal together. All ages are welcome. Children and adults will have separate lessons, but come together to cook and eat lunch together. Unaccompanied children will need their parent or caregiver to sign a food waiver. Please call 768-5170 to register, or for more information.
