Movie poster. In celebration of the centennial of Route 66, we'll be featuring films this year from different places on the Mother Road! An alien takes the form of a young Wisconsin widow's husband and makes her drive him to his departure point in Arizona. Distrustful government agents, along with a more ambivalent scientist, give pursuit in hopes of intercepting them. This 1984 film features the Meteor Crater Trading Post, just west of Winslow, Arizona, on Route 66.
