Movie poster.In celebration of the centennial of Route 66, we'll be featuring films this year from different places on the Mother Road! In Bagdad Café, a lonely German woman ends up in the most desolate motel on Earth and decides to make it brighter. The setting of the film, Bagdad, CA, is a Route 66 ghost town in the Mojave Desert.

Bagdad Café has a runtime of 1 hour 35 minutes and is rated PG.
