In-Person

The Science-Fiction and Fantasy Bookclub will continue into the New Year! Our mission is to read more recent works. We will meet on the 4th Monday of each month at the Erna Fergusson Library from 4 to 5:30pm. We will be reading What Moves the Dead by T. Kingfisher, a re-imagination of Poe's Fall of the House  of Usher on January 26; The Long Way to a Small, Angry Planet by Becky Chambers on February 23, and  The Ballad of Black Tom by Victor La Valle, an exploration of  Lovecraftian themes in Jazz Age New York on March 23. A fourth book will be chosen by the Bookclub participants for April 27.
