In-Person

Join us for a moment of calm and connection in recognition of National Matcha Day (May 2). In this guided program, adults will explore the history and cultural significance of matcha, learn about its wellness-associated benefits, and observe traditional preparation techniques. Participants will enjoy a small, guided tasting of freshly whisked matcha paired with a light sweet, while being invited to engage mindfully with the flavors, aromas, and ritual behind the tea. No prior knowledge required—just curiosity and a willingness to pause.

Note: Matcha contains caffeine. Tasting portions will be small.

Registration is required and limited to 12. Adults and teens ages 16+.
