Chat and Craft: Matcha Moments - Tea, Culture, and Calm

Event box

In-Person

Join us for a moment of calm and connection. In this guided program, adults will explore the history and cultural significance of matcha, learn about its wellness-associated benefits, and observe traditional preparation techniques. Participants will enjoy a small, guided tasting of freshly whisked matcha paired with a light sweet, while being invited to engage mindfully with the flavors, aromas, and ritual behind the tea. No prior knowledge required—just curiosity and a willingness to pause.

Note: Matcha contains caffeine. Tasting portions will be small.

Registration is required and limited to 12. Adults and teens ages 16+.
