Please join Ancestor’s Drum for this free community event for all ages celebrating Women’s History Month. Feel the vibrations elevate your energy in our drum circle honoring Women’s History. Studies have shown that drumming produces many effects. Drumming can help us feel a sense of belonging, reduce stress, anxiety and improve mood. Drums will be provided, but feel free to bring your own. Join us March 6th as we jam with Ancestor’s Drum.
