Join President of Raptor NM and Raptor Specialist Laura McCann at a presentation you will meet three live birds-of-prey and learn about the importance of raptors in our ecosystems. Also, you will learn what humans can do to help conserve these wild neighbors! She has done over 300 live bird presentations throughout the state of New Mexico. She has housed and trained several species of hawks, owls, falcons, corvids and vultures. Raptors of New Mexico Foundation (RNMF) currently houses educational birds and helps with wild bird rescue.
