The Albuquerque Mandolin Orchestra was founded in 2011. Nowadays, it typically consists of eight members on the range of instruments found in the mandolin family: mandolin, mandola, octave mandolin, bouzouki, cittern, bass mandolin. AMO plays music in the renaissance, baroque and contemporary traditions as well as the traditional Italian mandolin orchestra repertoire. Members include Lisa van Sickle, Jane Soyka, Naomi Julian, Michael Collamati, Anne Wright, Ann Racehorse, Sandy Duval, Steve McKernan, Katie Harlow, and Ken Gilman.
