In-Person

image of the human brain in a ct scan versionPhysical activity is one of the most powerful things we can do for our brains, and protecting our heads from injury matters just as much. This family-friendly event, led by a local neuroscientist with the Alzheimer's Association, digs into the why and how behind both. After a short presentation, families will work together on a hands-on activity to build a personalized plan for movement and brain protection that they can bring home and start using right away. All ages.
