Sleep and the Growing Brain: A Family Brain Health Night

Event box

In-Person

Model of a brain among puzzle piecesWe all know we need sleep, but why does it matter so much, at every age, and what can we actually do about it? Join a local neuroscientist from the Alzheimer's Association for a family-friendly evening exploring the science of sleep and its role in protecting memory and thinking throughout life. After a short presentation, families will work together on a hands-on activity to build a personalized, realistic sleep plan they can start using at home that same night. No science background needed, just curiosity and a willingness to try something new. All ages.
