Your child can read to a registered therapy dog in a relaxed atmosphere. The dog sits calmly and quietly for a story while children practice reading out loud without fear of judgment. It's a great way for children to gain confidence in their reading. Our registered dog is provided by Southwest Canine Corps of Volunteers.

This month's Read to the Dogs will be on the 3rd Saturday of the month to accommodate the Veterans Day holiday. The regular schedule resumes in December.
