Tweens will create fun designs with permanent markers and stylish sequins to make upcycled CDs that will twist in the wind and spin in the sunlight. One wind mobile per participant. For ages 9-12. Registration required. Please sign up for this event at the East Mountain Library front desk or by calling us at (505)281-8508. Limited to 12 participants. This program is funded by the Friends for the Public Library.
