Join us at South Valley Library on Saturday, May 5th, as we create Mexican folk art! Chris Baca will lead this four-hour workshop on papel picado, a decorative craft made out of paper that is cut into beautiful and elaborate designs. All materials are provided and this is a free program for all ages!
