Winter GardeningSpring always surprises us with its amazing and colorful flowers and is the most common season to grow our vegetables but, who says Winter cannot give us the same excitement?  If well planned, winter can also reward us with great vegetables. Join Sara Moran-Duran, Bernalillo County Extension Agent with a Master’s In Horticulture from NMSU, as she talks about soil health, irrigation, selecting the right vegetables for winter, and about hoop-houses and cold-frames to protect your vegetables.
