Since antiquity happiness and wellbeing have been the core pursuits of humanity. There is substantial research evidence to show that this state of mind can be facilitated by using exercises in the area of positive psychology and wellbeing. Specifically, if practiced in a group setting with feedback and support of other group members our wellbeing in substantially enhanced. The present workshop proposes to discuss and facilitate specific techniques and help the participants find strategies or activities which will suit them and practical ways to implement these strategies in their daily lives to enhance their wellbeing.
This workshop will be facilitated by Dr. Swasti Vohra. Dr. Vohra is a full professor currently at the University of New Mexico who comes to us from the University of Delhi in India. Her areas of expertise are in small group interventions and Applied Positive Psychology.
Registration required & limited to 8. Participants attend all 4 sessions.
