How does Heredity, Lifestyle, and Environment Impact Aging?

Join us for a Aging and Well-Being Seminar designed for those individuals who want to take charge of their aging process. Learn about the role played by exercise, diet, nutrition, fall prevention, overall health practices, attitude, and stress management as they relate to aging. This informative 2—hour seminar is FREE to all attendees. Our presenter is Asia Negron-Esposito, a Gerontologist Educator with twenty plus years of experience in gerontology classroom  training.
