If you are one of the thousands of players who understand the rules of chess but would like to take your game beyond the elementary stage, then this class if for you! Mr. Avery has devised a series of golden rules to enable players to improve their game. This class is designed to put you on a path to better results and greater enjoyment of your chess game. Rod Avery is the chess coach for the Dennis Chavez Elementary School chess team winners of the APS Elementary Scholastic Chess League for 2019. For 2nd grade and up.
Registration is required and limited to 14.
