Learn about the history and science of Recorded Sound with hands-on activities related to the longest running record format in the world, vinyl records! Come record your voice to a vinyl record and build your own phonograph using nothing but a cactus needle, tape and a piece of paper. Musicians are encourage to bring an instrument to record a song to a vinyl single to take home! For ages 9-12. Registration required. Limited to 20 participants. This program is funded by the Friends of the Public Library.
