September 4—Developing and continuinghealthy boundaries in relationships.

September 11—Inner power and strengths: an interactive and practical dive into identifying untapped and repressed personal/individual strengths. Proactively harnessing these into creating positive future opportunities.

September 18—Focus on actively reflecting on lost dreams, opportunities,   visions, plans and taking accountable steps towards rebirthing them. Create a vision board.

September 25—The power of the other: the direct and indirect impact of relationships as empowering experiences.
