South Valley Youth:
School-age children are invited to come and create an entry for the El Kookooee contest in the South Valley! We will have various materials (boxes, construction paper, glue, scissors, markers, tubes, etc.) on hand to help in the creation of your El Kookooee to be entered into the design contest this year. Each year, children design small models of what they envision El Kookooee to be and one design is chosen to be built at the annual South Valley community event and burned as the symbolic burning away of the fears of our community.
