Many of us worry about the future or dwell upon the past. Our mind is constantly in turmoil. In this program, Renate Lanotte, MS LCSW will explore the healing power of meditation and how to unlock the door to a life of improved physical and emotional wellbeing. Meditation is much more then a simple tool to help reduce stress. It helps to positively transform our inner self, which in turn, impacts our outer relationships and the way we cope with the stressors around us. Meditation is the secret to profound personal wellbeing and global healing. Join Renate for this engaging program. There will be an opportunity to engage in a seated meditation.
