Whether you are 30 or 100, in good health or poor, it is helpful to have resources organized for your family and friends before there is a crisis or need. This is a three-session workshop providing an opportunity to explore, discuss, and share resources to enable you to organize care, and advocate for yourself and those close to you. This workshop will be organized as follows: Meeting 1: Resources for interfacing with medical personal. Meeting 2: Resources for families and those giving care. Meeting 3: Helpful documents to create—including creating a funeral service and important contacts list. Presented by Vicki Hollander, Rabbi, Marriage and Family Therapist, and Hospice Team Member. Registration is required and limited to 25.
