brary and Friends of the Public Library present our annual book to film adaptation event, Books to the Big Screen!
Ethan Edwards returns home to Texas after the Civil War. When his niece is abducted by the Comanche, he vows to track her down and bring her home. Eventually, Edwards gets word that his niece is alive and embarks on a dangerous mission to find her, journeying deep into Comanche territory.
