Movies in the Mountains
Film historian and founder the of the American Vaudeville Museum, Frank Cullen, who has hosted the classic film series at The Guild Cinema for the past decade, brings his expertise and enthusiasm to the library for a monthly discussion and showing of important films you may not have seen, but as you will learn, have had an impact on the film industry and society since their release. All ages are welcome to this free event, to insure social distancing only 15 participants will be admitted for each show and Registration is required. This film series Movies In The Mountains is shown every 3rd Saturday at 12:00pm and a second show at 3:00pm. Call the library to get a socially distanced seat reservation, 281-8508.

October's Film: Shaun of the Dead (2004) Starring: Simon Pegg, Nick Frost, Kate Ashfield. Shaun doesn't have a very good day, so he decides to turn his life around by getting his ex to take him back, but he times it for right in the middle of what may be a zombie apocalypse. But for him, it's an opportunity to show everyone he knows how useful he is by saving them all. All he has to do is survive, and get his ex back. Directed by Edgar Wright.
