Start fitness early with music and movement!

We'll try different ways of exercising and moving our bodies, and we'll hear many different kinds of music while we do it.  Every Music and Movement ends with a ten minute free dance party to whatever kind of music we're hearing that week!  Wear comfortable clothes and be ready to move.

Limited to 15 children (adults counted separately), registration required.  Ages 2-5.
