In-Person

Group of people in Halloween costumes

Halloween costumes are costly and/or difficult to make, often times we get to wear them only once. Meet at Juan Tabo Library for a neighborly swap of gently used, cleaned costumes, to get young and old ready with a new look for this year's Halloween. Bring one and take one, bring two and take two.... Costume donations are accepted also. All ages and sizes.
