In-Person
Join the Interfaith Book Club at Erna Fergusson as we read The Book of Form and Emptiness by Ruth Ozeki. Ozeki is an award winning author, creative writing instructor, and Zen Buddhist priest. Her latest novel follows Benny Oh, a young Asian-American boy reeling from the death of his father. Benny begins hearing voices calling out to him from inanimate objects, while his relationship to his mother grows increasingly distant. The library will be ordering a limited number of copies for book club participants.
