Create your El Kookooee to enter a contest to win a prize courtesy of the El Kookooee Educational Association. This year’s winner would be burned in 2022. Creations are left at the library and entered into the contest judging. The winning El Kookooee will be honored at the burning of the 2019 El Kookooee winner on Sunday, October 31, 2021 at Rio Bravo Park behind the South Valley Library. The winner is left on display in the Library display case, others can be picked up from November 2nd until the 13th.
