Chair Yoga

Move through seated and standing (if appropriate) poses designed to increase flexibility, balance, and range of motion. Classes are finished with restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation to promote reduced stress and mental clarity.
Chair Yoga will be offered every Wednesday at 10:30am through August 28th. Be sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
